About Our Founder

Rodney Brown CEO, a visionary with a dedication to hard work and perseverance, realized he could help to change our approach to vacant substandard and nuisance abated properties.

Rodney is a man with vision. He is a hands-on, well- seasoned veteran who understands the real estate market. Mr. Brown has over 26 years in the real estate and asset management industry, with a strong background in property inspections, management and building operations.

Rodney began his career in real estate through property management after military training in the US Army National Guard.

He is a former Chief Engineer/Building engineer of several significant buildings including The FLAMINGO apartments, a 20-story high rise on the famous Hyde Park/ Lake Shore Drive in Chicago Illinois. Woodland Park Apartments a 310 unit complex in Chicago. Rodney moved to Los Angeles where he has been residing since 1995. To become engineer at Flynt Publications the architectural landmark oval shaped office building at the intersection of 8484 Wilshire blvd at La Cienega Blvd in Beverly Hills, CA. Property Manager: Inglewood Meadows Senior Housing 198 units, Inglewood California.

University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) Housing Engineer.

Rodney conducts thorough due diligence before making well informed decisions. He has been successfully analyzing real estate opportunities in Los Angeles and has acquired numerous properties for his investor/clients.

In 2012, Mr. Brown as asset manager assisted in the development of a multi-million dollar real estate portfolio for Haroni Investments Inc. and recently participated in the new Figueroa Village development a 37 unit affordable housing apartment building in the city of Los Angeles in collaboration with Brilliant Corners, LAMP, People Concerned non-profits and the Department of Health Services.

Christopher Paul Epsha is an attorney with 19 years of experience as a lawyer since graduating from Michigan State University College of Law with a J.D. in 1998.

John Brown has been in the real estate, finance, and accounting field for over 45 years. He has developed apartments, condos, townhomes, and single family homes.
